When it comes to yoga, people have different ideas about how they like to practice; even within the Ashtanga style there can be great variation. I can combine your preferences with my knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga to design a class bringing you exactly what you want from your yoga.
A private yoga class means that the attention of the teacher is very much on you and your practice. The class will be tailored specifically in order to develop your understanding of yoga, with adjustments provided where necessary to help you deepen your physical practice.
Depending on the time of the day and the pace of the class, yoga has the ability to invigorate you at the start, or relax you at the end of a busy day. Pricing per hour ranges from £40 – £110 depending on location, requirements, goals and number of participants.
