Kerry took her training in the UK & Europe, qualifying in Ashtanga Yoga in 2015 and currently teaches yoga in Manchester and Warrington.
Kerry’s teaching style focuses on correct alignment and posture, working with the relationship between movement and breath – the essence of yoga.
In her spare time Kerry is an avid hiker and her classes incorporate the strength building and restorative properties to support such activities as hiking, walking and running; always finishing with a gentle, guided relaxation, leaving you with a sense of peacefulness and strength.
