I love yoga. I love practicing it, I love teaching it and I love living it. BUT, I can’t always get to a class and my home practice is struggles somewhat without a little inspiration.
Thankfully, there are some wonderful yogis in the world who film their classes and put them online for people like us can be inspired to stay on the mat after our sun salutations and a few warriors.
I am a member of a paid site that offers the videos; Udaya, but you can also do a quick search on Youtube for yoga classes too.
Lately I’ve been using Yoga with Adriene’s channel as it’s fun, light hearted and quick at around 40 minutes which is ideal for a good length personal practice, leaving time to add in some of my favourite postures as and where I want to!
Yoga International are also offering an absolutely free 7 day trial at the moment and you don’t even need to put in your card details so you won’t get automatically enrolled into a monthly fee.
Udaya has recently launched a UK site and has some of my favourite local teachers on there, including Adam Husler and Michael Wong.
If you’ve had any experience of other online yoga facilities then please do comment below and let me know so that I can check them out.
