Amazing one on one class this morning with Kerry. Saw massive improvements in my posture with her expert guidance, and started work on my aim to do the bridge properly. Can’t wait for my class on Wednesday to put my modified downward dog into practice! Thank you so much Kerry really loved this morning.

Yoga is a moving meditation, maximising body tone, encouraging weight loss, detoxifying and increasing all-round health, flexibility, strength and balance.
The result is a dramatic increase in energy, a stronger immune system and a sense of physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It shows you how to stand up straight and it teaches you how to look at the world through kinder eyes. Whatever your question – yoga has the answers and whatever your previous experience, we can all benefit from the positive effects of a regular practice both physically and mentally.
Yoga increases muscle tone and strength as you get used to lifting and supporting your own body weight properly and stretching out those kinks.
Yoga develops length and elasticity in the muscles reducing lactic acid build up and decreasing the chance of injury, complementing your existing workout regime perfectly.
As you breathe better, move better and circulate better, all the other organs function better. Boosting your immunity, easing aches and pains and giving you an energy kick.
Combining breath with movement provides clarity and calmness, slowing us down and allowing is to sort out the clutter in our minds, bringing focus to our practice and the present moment.
Yoga can provide relief from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Restorative practice encourages a turning inward of the senses, which provides downtime for the nervous system, in turn helping you relax and get a better nights sleep.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Kerry gives a whole new perspective to Yoga & is a great, down to earth, teacher. I was a yoga-phobe but now am converted. Kerry has fantastic knowledge of the practice, and is still throwing herself into more training which proves her dedication. Some Yoga teachers can be too ‘serious’ or ‘unrealistic’ but she really keeps it grounded (if that is what you want!) but she can equally throw herself into the deep spiritual side if that is what you prefer! A great ‘all-rounder’ who is also personable, approachable and highly recommended on so many levels. Thank you, lovely lady xx
Had the most stunning fabulous emotional retreat. Yoga, pilates, coastal walks, massage therapy, qi cong, healthy eating and cooking demonstrations. Lazy evenings with great conversation with some of the most inspirational people I have met. Thank you Kerry and Craig. June 2017 cannot come quick enough for the next retreat.
Kerry is a caring and inspiring teacher. And if you haven’t been on one of Kerry’s yoga retreats – just do it! Having been to one that Kerry hosted in Wales I can verify that you’ll have a wonderful time – spiritual and relaxing morning, daytime and bedtime yoga sessions; wonderful vegetarian food; walks and beautiful surroundings. You will come away refreshed and uplifted.
