Amazing one on one class this morning with Kerry. Saw massive improvements in my posture with her expert guidance, and started work on my aim to do the bridge properly. Can’t wait for my class on Wednesday to put my modified downward dog into practice! Thank you so much Kerry really loved this morning.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Kerry gives a whole new perspective to Yoga & is a great, down to earth, teacher. I was a yoga-phobe but now am converted. Kerry has fantastic knowledge of the practice, and is still throwing herself into more training which proves her dedication. Some Yoga teachers can be too ‘serious’ or ‘unrealistic’ but she really keeps it grounded (if that is what you want!) but she can equally throw herself into the deep spiritual side if that is what you prefer! A great ‘all-rounder’ who is also personable, approachable and highly recommended on so many levels. Thank you, lovely lady xx
Had the most stunning fabulous emotional retreat. Yoga, pilates, coastal walks, massage therapy, qi cong, healthy eating and cooking demonstrations. Lazy evenings with great conversation with some of the most inspirational people I have met. Thank you Kerry and Craig. June 2017 cannot come quick enough for the next retreat.
Kerry is a caring and inspiring teacher. And if you haven’t been on one of Kerry’s yoga retreats – just do it! Having been to one that Kerry hosted in Wales I can verify that you’ll have a wonderful time – spiritual and relaxing morning, daytime and bedtime yoga sessions; wonderful vegetarian food; walks and beautiful surroundings. You will come away refreshed and uplifted.
I hadn’t done any yoga in a while and was looking for some private lessons, Kerry was very open and respectful from the start and is very easy to listen to and follow. Her knowledge and confidence in yoga shines through. Highly recommended.
